Article 1 - Delivery time in Belgium
The average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. We strive to have your package delivered to you as soon as possible. Our packages are delivered in collaboration with BPost. In Mechelen (postal code 2800) we deliver the packages by bicycle.
Article 2 - Not at home?
We deliver by letterbox post. Does the package not reach your mailbox and you are not at home when the delivery person is at your door? No problem, you will receive a ticket in the bus with the necessary information to collect your package.
Article 3 - Shipping rates
We apply the following shipping rates:Belgium
- Orders smaller than 49 euros:
- 2,38 euros (shipping without tracking)
- 5,95 euros (shipping with tracking)
- Orders from 49 euros: free shipping
- Orders smaller than 49 euros:
- 1,00 euros (bicycle delivery in Mechelen)
- Orders from 49 euros: free shipping
